Upload a photo of the item you’d like to mend, get up-front pricing, and pay in the app. Add a bag of clothes for donation or recycling and support a local charity. Connect directly to drop off and pick up for free, or use our door-to-door concierge service (currently only available for orders that include a clothing donation). And that’s it! Erin was really sweet when I had questions. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-10-11* Paid for a repair. Never received any way to send the item in. Reached out multiple times and never got in contact with anyone. Maybe they went out of business ### 1/5 — App not working *2023-04-29* Tried to submit four times after filling in data. Refuses to attach photo and refuses to submit without photo.
