## What is MendKit?

MendKit helps you track no-contact days after a breakup and make space before your next reply.

KEEP YOUR DAYS IN VIEW
See your breakup and no-contact day counts. Add the Home Screen widget for a quick reminder of your progress.

PAUSE BEFORE YOU REPLY
Save a draft in Message Quarantine and choose a pause rule in your No Contact Plan. Log contact with context and decide what counts for your own counter.

WRITE WHAT YOU NEED TO SAY
Keep a journal, check in with your mood, or seal an unsent letter to revisit later.

PREPARE FOR DIFFICULT DATES
Plan for birthdays, anniversaries and other hard moments. Save a reflection afterward and choose a small next step.

Core tools include day tracking, mood check-ins, contact logs, a boundary plan, one hard date and one sealed letter. MendKit Plus adds more moment flows, unlimited hard dates and sealed letters, recovery stats and the full Relief Lab.

Take it one day at a time.
