The application is broken, no-one is answering the mails and after some time you can’t log in

I’ve downloaded this app many times and I’m each time I have to redo all my work! It keeps getting stuck at the same point and I can’t even open the app anymore! DO NOT GET THIS APP! Save your money!!!

They said in the beginning that the app was make by psychologists but the person talking to us isn’t a psychologist and that’s the first red flag. Next is the second red flag, they have everyone go through CEN and go on as if you have it, I know my anxiety didn’t happen from emotional neglect I’ve seen many psychologists and this is not something they have ever been worried about. Now leading on to the final red flag, therapy is supposed to be personalized to the person needs help, this app makes everyone go through the same thing. Now I’m not sure about what happens when you buy it because I made it to the second video in CEN then I knew this app was not right, if you are going to pay for therapy go to an actual therapist please.

Kindly note that if the app is made by psychologists, it doesn’t necessarily mean that a presenter must be a psychologist. We’ve hired a professional speaker for this task🙌
Moreover, if you assume that your anxiety is not caused by emotional neglect, it can still imply that it might be affected by it. If you’ve got CEN content according to testing -  it means there's a chance you may be affected by CEN, even though to you it might not look like that's the case. We also want to let you know that the content you see is a result of your answers given to the test, thus you won’t see it if your CEN score was low❤️

Deleted lol this app is useless, if I’m gonna drop that kind of cash up front I have many better options to choose from. Don’t bother, this is bai Rand switch

### 2/5 — This is so good, and then it stops working

I have downloaded every wellness app that there is. I have to say, this one seemed to be very promising and I was sticking with it longer than other apps I have tried. I somehow ended up paying for it twice after it got stuck. I deleted it and re-download it and had to redo all of the activities two additional times only to get stuck in the same exact place again. I check to see if there’s updates and there’s not. So this is a really promising app that leads me to believe it will help and then it leaves you hanging high and dry. Very disappointing for someone that just wants to feel better

### 2/5 — Only 1 module works other loops back to first

I did module 1 CEN and found it fascinating and seemed to show the promise of solving life long issues.  I bought a subscription, but I find that the second item in module two loops back to CEN.  I emailed support, had it crash on startup endlessly.  Found the only fix is to delete the app and reinstall (losing all progress).
Then I realized “hey it starts with what do you want to work on first?”  Maybe I could pick a different choice and get other modules … so far three different choices all send me to the same CEN followed by the broken Schemas module.  😞
