Would love to order something to pick up at the drive thru, but cannot deal with the hassle. I’ll either stop in when I am nearby or find someplace else. How is that fair of all of my past order history is gone??? I’ve spent a lot of money and time with this company and any record of it is now gone. The other issue is that I am unable to order the new seasonal items, even though they are supposed to be available already. Now this more app based experience has been plagued by bugs. Initially it would not let me order pickup, defaulting only to delivery. Then it said items were sold out in my local store, but when ordering from the website they were stocked. They must have changed things even for the website because now you can’t modify ingredients (when you try to update the item, tapping on the button does not do anything). I have mentioned it to the staff members when picking up my order, but nothing has changed yet. ### 1/5 — Broken *2026-06-06, version 26.0.2* The app was recently updated and it’s now broken. They force you into creating an account with some 3rd party company AND THEN the app simply doesn’t work. I added it one item to my bag but now can’t delete it or any anything else. I hope the fix it soon. I order ahead of time because my family is BUSY and the amount of time it takes to wait in line, order, then wait for the food to be made is time lost.
