## What is MendriX Mobile Cross Dock?

Krijg inzicht tussen de first en last mile en wat er gebeurd op het depot.

De kern van MendriX TMS is registreren, plannen en factureren van orders: het order-to-cash proces. Als we inzoomen op planning en executie, dan zijn er diverse registratiemomenten waar voortgang en afwijkingen vastgelegd kunnen worden. De MendriX Mobile Driver app bevat daar oplossingen voor:
Denk aan goederen scannen tijdens het laden, emballage registraties en handtekeningen zetten bij het lossen. Dit omvat echter enkel de first en last mile, waardoor er inzicht in een belangrijke schakel van het logistieke proces kan ontbreken. Zeker als zendingen na het laden niet rechtstreeks geleverd worden, bijvoorbeeld in het geval van distributie.

Dit is waar MendriX Mobile Cross Dock bij komt kijken. Met de Cross Dock app kunnen zendingen bij diverse handelingen zoals binnenkomst of verplaatsingen op het depot worden geregistreerd. Dit gebeurt door middel van het scannen van barcodes met een laserscanner, camerascanner of handmatige invoer. In het TMS kan er per soort registratie een vragenpad worden ingesteld waarmee om aanvullende gegevens zoals emballage registratie of afmetingen kan worden gevraagd. Ook kan er informatie worden getoond van de uitrij rit zoals postcode en chauffeur.

- Questionnaires can hook into the scanning of a barcode before it is looked up. This makes it possible to look up tailored data for faster processing.
- The last three scans are shown at the bottom of the scan screen. From this list, a screen with the last 100 scans can be opened.
- Popups are now placed below the camera scanner as much as possible, to make it easier to keep scanning.
