It's incredible. I wish they would add more calendar options like Google and Outlook. ### 5/5 — Menlo AI did fantastically *2025-01-21* I recorded a one-hour meeting. The entire meeting was summarized with bullet points and action steps. The transcript was accurately recorded, although it was not formatted at all. Additionally, the entire recording is available for replay. I’m very happy with this app. While you can copy the summary notes and your transcript, the audio recording stays in the app. (-1 Star) **Update**: The newest version shows an API, but the update notes don't mention a lifetime option or grandfathering in early adopters. It was fun while it lasted. I'll be deleting the app now. I do lifetime purchases, I don't do app "rentals". **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for your feedback; it is much appreciated. I don’t need to remember to write important notes. I have to just press record. ### 5/5 — A Must-Have AI Assistant for In-Person Meetings! *2025-02-18* Most of the time, when I meet people in a cafe or coffee shop for casual or official conversations, one of the biggest challenges is remembering all the important points we discuss, especially when meeting multiple people back-to-back. Many times, I’ve wished for a personal assistant to take notes while I focus on the conversation. Menlo AI is a game changer for this. It automatically takes notes, summarizes key discussions, and generates action items, ensuring you never miss crucial details. Auto scheduling of next events derived from talk was highly accurate. Beautiful UI and UX. I wanted to be able to export my recording so that I could keep them, but not on my phone. Other transcription apps allow me to do that. 5 meetings a week would fill the phone’s memory up quickly. Deleting them while keeping the notes would also be a nice option. As for subscriptions, they also add up fast. What many of us users want is for developers to offer us affordable lifetime subscriptions. There are many developers that do that for a limited time for early adopters. With AI, that can be a poor long term model, but to us, it supports those who supported the developers as early adopters and testers. Over all, I loved your app. In fact it has been the best one I’ve tried. I just do see subscriptions (rentals really) long term budget friendly solutions for my household. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. I also think that automatically deleting the audio after a few days would be a good option. Once we have proper summaries and transcripts, we don’t need the audio. This also ensures better privacy. We can provide an option to export the audio if needed. We are currently working on formatting the transcript and will push an update soon. The app automatically identified the event’s full name, date, time, and location, then added it to my reminders.
