## What is MENNEKES Charge APP?

The app informs the user about the operating status, the currently available charging power and the charged energy of the wall-mounted charging station.

Wohl das schlechteste was ich auf dem Handy installiert habe. Nach jeder Aktion bricht die Verbindung ab und die App muss neu gestartet werden. Oft findet sie die Wallbox gar nicht. Hätte ich bloß nicht auf den Elektriker gehört und etwas anderes gekauft als den unausgereiften Mist von Mennekes.

Ich habe meine Wallbox Amtron Xtra 22 C2 im Juni 2020 gekauft. Sie hat damals ca. 2.100 Euro gekostet! Ich hatte von Anfang an nur Ärger damit, besonders mit dem instabilen WLAN. Es hat über ein Jahr gedauert, bis Mennekes die Firmware 1.13 herausgebracht hat. Damit war die WLAN-Verbindung lange Zeit stabil. Aber jetzt wurde die Wallbox von der App wieder nicht gefunden. Also musste ich erst wieder per LAN ins Service Interface, um die WLAN IP herauszufinden. Damit konnte ich die Wallbox in der App manuell hinzufügen. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich niemanden eine Mennekes Wallbox empfehlen. Ich hatte nur Ärger damit. Bei dem Preis hatte ich was anderes erwartet. Mittlerweile hat Mennekes die Amtron Xtra aus dem Programm genommen. Es wird also wahrscheinlich auch kaum noch Support dafür geben.

Diese App ist nutzlos. Sie ist schwer in Gang zu bringen, sie funktioniert nur manchmal und ist denkbar benutzerunfreundlich. Wem sein Nervenkostüm lieb, der läd sie nicht und baut die Wallbox des Herstellers gleich ab.

Meine Wallbox ist seit dem Update von Apple auf iOS 16.xxx nicht mehr über das IPhone erreichbar. Wir haben schon unterschiedliche Modelle ausprobiert. Nur ältere Apple iPhones wie das SE erreichen die Box. 
Ständiges deinstallieren der App und neu Eingabe sind ärgerlich.

Ich hatte vor knapp 3 Jahren keine andere Wahl als die Wallbox von Mennekes zu installieren, da der Elektriker damals nur Mennekes eingebaut hat. Ich habe es von Tag 1 an bereut und sowohl die App hier ist alles andere als zeitgemäß, als auch der Support bei der Hardware. Eine von zwei Wallboxen zickt permanent herum - laut Elektriker will Mennekes sich per Video aufschalten und ich warte seit einem Jahr immer noch! Mal gucken, ob Mennekes es auch ohne VPN schafft beim nächsten Update. Kommt überhaupt noch eins??

Salve con l’aggiornamento ad iOS 16.3.1 l’app non rileva più le wallbox, in rete anche collegandomi alla Wi-Fi AMTRON. 
Come posso risolvere la problematica ?
