However, when I reached the username section, a loading circle appeared, only for it to eventually redirect me back to my phone's home page. This frustrating experience has repeated itself every time I attempt to create an account. Given this ongoing issue, I’ve decided to delete the app entirely. Then it asked me my symptoms, what I want to learn and to put in a user name. Then it closed itself. Did this a few more times, deleted and redownloaded, and still the same issue. I have made several attempts, have restarted my device, deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing works. It asks for phone number and email, then wants you to enter a verification code it says is being sent to the phone number but it gets sent to email. Entering the code results in a pop-up saying it was verified and then pops up that there’s been an internal error. Can’t sign up or sign in. Several attempt led me back to create an account after I submitted the verification code. App support wants you to create an account. 🥹🙃 ### 1/5 — Can’t even make an account *2025-02-05, version 5.0.16* Downloaded and tried creating an account, because there is no other choice. Entered a user name, my contact info and never got a phone number validation text, so I can’t go forward. There’s not even a button for me to say ‘I didn’t get a text’. I’ve tried backing up and doing it all over again. Did that 3 times while on WiFi, full signal and after closing and reopening the app. Later found the codes in my email when the app clear says the code was sent to my phone. Tried again knowing this and the app kept failing to verify my account. What a waste of time… ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-02-04, version 5.0.16* Down loaded and opened the app. Filled out some info and it keeps recycling between asking for my phone number, emailing me a verification code and when I put the code in it just goes right back to asking for my number and emails me an other code. I’m so used to being at 5’6 so small framed & petite with never struggling w/ ever being faced w /weight issues . Now due to menopause , it’s become a part of my story . I’m going on 3 wks of the MenoLife. I can’t tell a huge difference but I’m aware it takes up to 90 days .
