## What is Menolora?

Menolora is a free, private menopause tracker for keeping your own record through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

Log symptoms, cycle or bleeding changes, intensity, and notes in the moments that matter. Add more than one entry per day, if you need to.

Keep treatment details — such as name, form, dose, schedule, and start or end dates — beside your symptom record. Optional on-device reminders can help you remember a schedule you chose. Menolora records what you enter; it does not verify medicines or doses, recommend a treatment, or tell you to change one.

See your timeline and compare the patterns in your own record over time. Treatment-period views place your entries beside the dates you recorded; they do not show a treatment’s effect or explain why symptoms changed.

Preparing for a health visit? Create a focused two- or four-week PDF from your own entries and adapt optional conversation starters in your own words.

Your record stays on your device. Menolora has no account and no cloud backup. If you delete the app, your records are permanently deleted and can’t be restored.

Apple Health is optional. If you allow access, Menolora can read the sleep, heart-rate, and menstrual-flow data you choose to share alongside your entries. It never writes to Apple Health or iCloud. You can use all manual tracking without Apple Health.

Read short, source-cited menopause information from The Menopause Society and ACOG. Educational content is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
