## What is Menopause Intelligence Tracker?

See the hard day coming.

Menopause Intelligence reads the signals your Apple Watch already collects — sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate — and gives you tomorrow's flare risk tonight. Free from day one, and it never leaves your iPhone.

FREE, FOREVER

• Tomorrow's flare risk, every day — one colour-coded score, plus the two or three things driving it

• Apple Health backfill — reads up to 90 days of the history you already have, so there is a score on day one, not in three months

• Symptom logging in seconds, from your iPhone or your wrist

• Daily check-in, wellness tips, and unlimited history for as long as you want to keep it

WHAT YOU CAN LOG

Fourteen symptoms — every item on the Menopause Rating Scale, the standard clinical questionnaire for menopause symptoms, plus brain fog and headache:

Hot flash · night sweats · palpitations · sleep disturbance · fatigue · brain fog · low mood · irritability · anxiety · joint pain · headache · vaginal dryness · bladder problems · low libido

Tap everything that applies, set how bad each one was, and save them together. Mood is three separate entries, not one, because low mood, irritability and anxiety are three different days. The app does not score the scale for you — it makes sure nothing on it goes unrecorded.

WHAT PREMIUM ADDS

Once 30 days of your data are in, a model trained on your body alone — not on population averages — takes over the score, and sharpens every week after that. Premium unlocks that personalised score, plus:

• Insights — plain English on which of your own signals actually move your symptoms

• Flare warnings — a heads-up the night before a high-risk day

• Your forecast on the Home Screen widget, Apple Watch and complication

• CSV export — take your record to your GP, or anywhere else

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial.

HOW IT WORKS

Hot flashes, brain fog, fatigue and low mood rarely arrive out of nowhere. They tend to follow small shifts in sleep quality, heart rate variability and resting heart rate — changes too subtle to feel, but recorded by your Watch every night.

A short questionnaire at setup gives the app your starting context. From there it watches those signals and scores the day ahead.

Green. Amber. Red. That is all you need to read.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your health data stays on your device. No account to create. No servers of ours. No analytics SDK. No third-party sharing, ever. The model trains and runs on your iPhone using Apple's on-device machine learning, so your most personal data stays personal. iCloud sync to your own private account is available, and off unless you turn it on.

BUILT FOR YOUR LIFE

For women in their 40s and 50s who would rather see a hard day coming than be ambushed by it. Large, easy controls. No jargon. No pink overload. Works on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-10

Six more symptoms to log. Menopause Intelligence now covers every symptom on the Menopause Rating Scale, the standard clinical questionnaire — which fills in the three that were missing altogether: vaginal dryness, bladder problems and low libido. Palpitations are new too.

And "Mood Disturbance" is now three separate entries — Low Mood, Irritability and Anxiety — because they are three different days, and lumping them together hid which one you were actually having.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-07

Menopause Intelligence now works properly on iPad. The app rotates with your iPad instead of staying locked in portrait, it works in Split View and Stage Manager, and every screen keeps its text in a readable column instead of stretching across the whole display.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-15

Log everything at once. The symptom grid now takes as many symptoms as you need — tap all that apply, set how bad each one was, and save them together. A rough morning used to mean opening the sheet three separate times.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-12

Your personalised predictions now really are personal. A bug meant the model trained on your own data was never consulted, so every forecast came from general rules. That's fixed, and weekly training no longer gets postponed each time you open the app.

Tomorrow's Early Estimate is now free for everyone. Premium personalises it with a model trained on your own data, and adds Insights, CSV export, and flare risk on your Home Screen and Apple Watch.

New each morning: tell us how yesterday went and see how often the forecast matched.

Dark Mode now works throughout the app, and every screen reads properly at the largest text sizes. Logging is easier too: the Log button stays within reach, you can log for yesterday, and a mistaken entry can be deleted with a long press on the Today screen.

Also: better VoiceOver support, a Back button during setup, and you can connect Apple Health later from Settings.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-08

Tapping your daily check-in reminder now opens the check-in. Once you have been logging a while the app spaces those reminders out, and the ones it sent after that point quietly did nothing when tapped.

Insights is more reliable. The correlation analysis was reading your logs from a background thread while the app was still using them, which could produce wrong results or close the app.

Fixed a crash in the weekly model retraining when there was nothing yet to train on — a new install that skipped Apple Health and had not logged anything.

The upgrade card no longer tells you your free trial has ended when you have never started one. If your Apple Account is still eligible for the free trial, it now says so, with the correct length. The paywall also no longer lists unlimited history as a Premium feature: your logs and history have always been free, and still are.

If your check-in reminder was set after 11:30pm, the daily tip that follows it was never delivered. It arrives now.
