I know this all too well, having personally experienced the complexities of menopause myself. I tried the Menopause Mediations app for the first time last week after a recommendation from a friend, and I’m honestly so impressed and blown away!
I listened to the sleep meditation and wow… I don’t know what kind of magic is in it! Even though I was in pain from an injury, I fell into a really deep sleep and, for once, had no spiralling thoughts going round my head.
I woke up feeling properly rested and clear, which is rare for me lately. I’ve even tried it at bedtime for my 8yr old son, who is falling asleep more calmly than ever before. This is now my go to bedtime meditation x
