I see the previous recent reviews mentioning problems creating an account or logging in to the app with the responses to contact customer service. However, if your app isn’t working as intended and you have been aware of user issues for several months now, DO SOMETHING TO FIX THE APP or pull the product from the shelves. And if the customer service solution is to create an account on the computer and then try using the app, this is still completely unacceptable. This feels like a cash grab.
