How difficult can it be to write a program for an app that actually works. I have a similar issue with another magazine app, "Autocar U.K.", getting locked out of my subscription and having to reinstall every three issues or so. However, the WSJ, New York Times and Daily Telegraph apps never skip a beat, so it is possible to get this right. I have cancelled auto renew on both these magazines. A full refund would be nice but I'm not wasting any more time dealing with these people. The latest edition is not available (April 2020). I contacted the help desk for the app, they told me to contact the publisher. I contacted the publisher help desk, they read from a script that said nothing about subscriptions through iTunes. I contacted Apple, they told me to contact the app developer.
