## What is Ment Inc.?

Ment streamlines mentor-mentee connections through a personalized search and an in-app communication channel. Available to academic institutions on a subscription basis, their members can use the app for free to connect with fellow students, alumni, and faculty. We create a space for communities to participate in casual conversations, allowing for easily accessible mentorship that leads to efficient, customized career guidance and enlightened professional choices.

STREAMLINING MENTORSHIP MODELS

Ment modernizes mentorship models by providing automated systems and streamlined communication for mentors and mentees. Currently available to academic institutions, the app enhances traditional mentorship by making it more efficient and accessible.

SIGN UP

Organizations, such as academic faculties, must subscribe on behalf of their members. Members can then sign up and use the app for free with their affiliated email address.

MENTORSHIP ROLE

Ment allows users to participate as mentors, mentees, or both, fostering a mutually beneficial experience and providing added value for all participants.

USER PROFILES

To enter Ment, users must create a profile that indicates their interests, including relevant disciplines, fields, specializations, and keywords. These specifications appear on their profiles as "interest tags" and contribute to the personalized search's page rank. PERSONALIZED SEARCH
