When viewing a page, it is hard to see/read the navigation bar on the top. People with visual impairments or learning disabilities may have a harder time using the app. Visual accessibility could be improved with higher contrast. I would encourage the app developers to review current industry standards and recommendations for contrast, colors, fonts, etc. The other recommendation I have is for the "Find Services" tab. It allows you to filter by county, but it does not allow you to filter by specific service needed.
