Please add a way so I can just get my phone to read it. There is people who have intellectual difficulties and that can be solved tho not only that need to be able to look up words to if it’s a completely new word to them. Not all people know the full English Dictionary. If you believe you or someone else is suffering from some kind of disorder or addiction then taking a test or two on here won’t hurt but going in person to talk to some and receive an actual diagnosis may help more. Especially if you or someone you know can be little over dramatic or underestimate the problems you(they) are having. The referral questions are nice and can get the mind going but they seem pretty basic. I took some test for a few disorder that I know for a fact I DO NOT have just to test it out and some of the questions for these test do not pass the screening test. That is they can be sensitive, specific but they don’t protect against false negative or positive. These test also hold a few good assessment properties(they can be standardized and I believe they use comparison to that of a population.) But they don’t take into account cultural background and other factors that are just as important when diagnosing someone. I also believe the app can easily fool someone who suffers from hypochondria. I do like however that the app connects you to a professional if you do need help. And gives you a variety of questions when picking out a therapist. If the app could just work on the few things that I mentioned here I’d give it an A+ rating. I understand that it can be difficult but these things are important when giving out a clinical diagnosis or some people might be misdiagnosed or may practice may be performed. But I love the idea and think it is very meaningful towards bettering societies understanding of our mental health. ### 5/5 — Avis *2021-08-27* Super appli ;) ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2021-06-24, version 1.22* I can see where this could really help some people understand why their feeling the way they do. But this app doesn’t explain what the disorders are with the quizzes and the questions are based heavily on stereotypes. Most of the questions in the eating disorder quiz were for anorexia or Bulimia, it hardly touched on binge eating. The questions for adhd also focused more on the way it would effect a man than how it effects women. I love the idea for this but wish they selves more into all parts of the illnesses it tests for and prioritized educating people more. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App won’t load *2023-12-21* I thought I’d give this app a review, but I can’t even do that because the app won’t load at all. They track your device ID and location and store it. I opened it up and clicked on the "adult adhd" test. It proceeded to ask me SIX questions, all relating to ONE symptom of adhd. I AM an adult with adhd and i'm offended that anyone could answer JUST those questions and think it's proof they have adhd.
