Due to technical problems with the app I was charged twice for the year Premium subscription and still haven’t received the access to it. Tech support doesn’t resolve the issue. Terrible! It’s a fraud! This company had me signed up with a subscription without any way to cancel it. Nothing showed up on my IOS subscriptions, Apple could not find a way to cancel it and nowhere in the Mental Up app could I find any place to cancel this happening going forward. The company emailed me back and forth, finally saying they would refund the credit, but still said that I had to go through every IOS to cancel(which was impossible). I tried contacting PayPal as well without any luck…they sent me back to MentalUp. It has been almost 2 months and after saying they would refund the subscription, they have ignored 3 more emails. Very disappointed!
