App doesn’t work… period. It’s just a shell

I am extremely disappointed with this app! It's a complete waste of time. It crashes and freezes every few minutes, making it almost unusable. And the chat function is utterly useless. It keeps asking about my feelings even though I've already told it multiple times. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother with this app. One star is too generous for such a terrible experience.
