仕事で運転する間だけならまだ百歩譲ってもいいが、「常時にしないとダメ」とするのはやりすぎでしょ。
そんなん怖くて使えません。
せめてまともな説明をして欲しい。

I only use the app because I have to. It is totally inaccurate in almost every way and forces dangerous driving as it will penalise you for emergency braking, which is necessary on single lane county roads. Accelerating up steep hills in order to prevent stalling is also penalised. The app should be banned

This app doesnt work, it doesnt record metrics correctly. I spent the a full going slow, turning smoothly and it still gives me a score that is below 700

題名の通りマニュアル通りの指示しか出来ない管理者がオススメするアプリです。 安全性の為に入れて下さいとの事 別アプリを見ながら配達をするのだから まずそこから改善しろ 安全を保ちたいのであればまず物量を考えてからアプリを入れるべきでは？

他の方の言う通り、万が一の時の言い逃れでドライバーにインストールさせているとしか思えない。事前説明や必要性、どういった中身のアプリなのかといった話もなし。
まずはユーザーへの説明をすべきかと思います。
開発元はAmazonと提携しているのでしょうか？走行距離やデータ提供あるいは収集が目的なのでは？
連絡先情報やユーザーコンテンツ情報が関連付いているので、現時点、インストールしないことをお勧めします

Only use because work require us to do so, it is extremely inaccurate, the miles are never correct the timings are sometimes hours away from being correct, i use this on my other device which ONLY HAS THIS APP, and the phone is on a mount in the van and doesn’t get touched, yet it registers a phone manipulation event, i email customer support telling them it’s a mistake and they proceed to give many different excuses which aren’t feasible at all. Awful app and awful tech.

Worse app ever makes you use always location access, why like all others can’t this app let you just use location whilst using the app, so poor, also when driving tell you your bad even when nothing is happening such a bab app to use for the works. App owner does not care as nothing has been changed or made better for the users.

アプリの安全性もわからずいきなり導入されても困る。現場の声を聞かずに対策してます風にされても入れたいとは思えない。
運転の仕方の評価が加減点でされるらしいが、正確に判断されるとも思えない。
また携帯の操作を監視されるようで使いたくない。
配達のアプリとこちらのアプリで携帯のバッテリーが悪くなることが容易に想像できるし、そうなった場合の保証もないのはどうなの？
事故削減目的、安全性の目的ならそもそも現場の声を聞いてから新しい対策を導入して欲しい。

Marking me down for a missed call as “call received”. So basically you’re trapped no matter what you do. You get a call? You will get marked down even if you don’t answer it. I’m surprised these half-witted “developers” haven’t been hit with a lawsuit yet considering all the other issues this waste of storage space has, but this is new, and they just took the helicopter parenting to a whole new level.

They’re just playing with people’s livelihood like it’s a game and support staff just keeps giving you generic copy-paste replies without ever addressing any issues.

Word of advice: if your employer requires you to use this app, run as fast as you can. This is a scam at this point.

過度な運転をせずに650〜700点をキープしてきたが2024年末からシステムが過敏になったのか、急に500点台になるように。
今後は点数も厳しく見られるらしく、低い場合は所属会社によっては契約解除もあり得る。違反せず安全に運転してるだけなのにね。嫌なシステムだわホント。

はっきり言って無能かつ無用なアプリ。数値の上下変動に全くの根拠がない。スマホを一度も触ってないのに注意散漫で数値が勝手に変動する。毎日同じルート運転を心がけててもハンドリングが変動する。
