But it tracks when you’re in a personal vehicle or on the weekends not on company time the app is faults and in accurate information would not recommend to anyone. #Delete. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your Mentor experience. Your organization cannot access your individual trip or location data. They only have access to a ‘dashboard’ showing the 7-day rolling FICO® Safe Driving Score and total number of events associated with each behavior – acceleration, braking, cornering, speeding and distraction. eDriving does not gather or collect any information about a driver without their consent. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2023-03-15* Apps a joke and doesn’t reflect on actual driving skill. The only driver data shared with your manager is the data relevant to risk management, meaning your FICO® Safe Driving Score® and driver events (harsh acceleration, braking, cornering, phone distraction and speeding). NO location data or individual trip data is shared beyond you. Changing behavior behind the wheel is tough and overlaying new, safer habits over old riskier ones takes time. Are u serious? *2022-03-24* It has a actual “tease” button. So you can tease coworkers about there score. Kinda like a poke button but weird and wrong. You know how negative the corporate workspaces are already?! You honestly think a tease button is ok in a already toxic work environment? Not a good idea. How about corporate America actually invests in there employees and NOT in “baby sitting “ programs? I have driven a company vehicle for 20 years, with zero accidents. MILLIONS OF MILES! This app mentor falsely accuses the driver of things they don’t actually do. It’s always a constant struggle to keep a score up driving your best. I blame this app for getting good people fired and ruining people’s lives! ### 1/5 — Inaccurate and no support *2025-02-27* The speed limits in the app are constantly incorrect. Some days it doesn’t event record a trip. If you contact support they will just say to check the setup settings that’s all. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate. Causes unnecessary stress at work. *2025-02-27* I always get marked for “received call” if I have a missed call while driving. Speed limits are arbitrarily wrong in rural areas where I mostly work. This is not a good or useful app. ### 1/5 — Find another app this one is horrible. The worst app I’ve ever used *2024-10-17* Not reliable not accurate violate you for distractive driving when a spam call comes through that you don’t even answer then you use a state regulated U-turn to turn around and go the opposite direction doing 5 miles an hour through the U-turn. It gives you a violation for hard turning then when you trying to get up to speed to keep up with traffic violates you for hard acceleration, this app don’t waste your time you will be ### 1/5 — They didn’t win nothing *2024-07-11* They didn’t win any awards in their dreams this garbage can win anything I don’t how anyone can take this person seriously. ### 1/5 — So many flaws *2024-05-27* This app does not work right at all. I can drive down a straight road for 10 mins. Next day it say hard turns, braking and use of cell phone when I never touched it. I take corners 10 to 15miles an hour yet I get ding. There is no way of keeping a good average throughout the week. It comes up as distractions when I’m not even touching the phone or anything. My phone is in between the seats on the passenger side with three micro towels wrapped around it and squeezed in the seat and it says my cornering is a medium risk. I don’t care what anybody says from you in Mentor. Your app is no good or you’re doing something on purpose to just get people in trouble and get them fired from their company absolutely a waste. ### 1/5 — Garbage Software *2023-08-08* Just go ahead and run over that dog, or else you will get dinged 50 points for braking and swerving! And don’t even get me started on your phone falling off the console while you are driving. It has an issue with properly determining what hard acceleration is and when pointed out I’ve been brushed off. The removal of the ability to decide when I want the app to run is the most disturbing part. This app is always on without a way to pause. I have made this known and was told to leave the phone at home when I don’t want to be recorded. This is against my civil liberties to be monitored thusly.
