Refuse to cancel my membership *2023-09-11* Mentorcam has ignored many request to cancel our membership. I’ve had to ask my bank to issue charge backs and the continue to still charge our corporate cc. They keep asking me to get on a call with them ( which I have and they keep trying to upsell me or offer me a discount on our current package) At this point it’s pretty much theft. + Horrible customer service, unresponsive for weeks at a time. **Developer response:** MNA1986, You refund was issued.
