Absolutely love this app. It changed the way my network and I interact with our followers and build community around the topics that we champion! With this app, we look forward to moving the world forward in our own special ways. Much love to the Mentorcam team for this EPIC APP. Cons: expect some minor bugs which are expected from an initial release. Refuse to cancel my membership *2023-09-11* Mentorcam has ignored many request to cancel our membership. I’ve had to ask my bank to issue charge backs and the continue to still charge our corporate cc. They keep asking me to get on a call with them ( which I have and they keep trying to upsell me or offer me a discount on our current package) At this point it’s pretty much theft. + Horrible customer service, unresponsive for weeks at a time. **Developer response:** MNA1986, You refund was issued. Sorry for the miscommunication. ### 1/5 — Bad Response/Support *2021-10-22* I get the experts are busy, but when it says receive a response in 24 hours that’s what I expect. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received a response after paying for an expert. I emailed Mentorcam’s support team and no reply either. I will most likely be refunding my purchase and deleting this app. ### 1/5 — It’s pay to ask *2020-11-19* Was excited to try this app until I tried to ask for advice from the experts and found you have to pay a minimum of like $20 to ask 1 question! I didn’t see anywhere that it said you had to pay to ask for advice, so not sure if it descriptive advertising, but if your looking for a similar app that free I recommended Okayso. ### 5/5 — Best app for entrepreneurs *2023-01-21* Got access to previously inaccessible people. Huge benefit. Customized options. Tons of mentors. Much better than Twitter or Reddit and gave me clear actionable feedback on how to build my business. There are many talented people on here. The mentor I wanted to chat with was on vacation and he still took my call. So much respect!
