操作は簡単、3ステップ！

①お客様から注文が入るとお知らせ音が鳴るので、内容を確認し「承認」しましょう
②時間までに調理をし、注文を「調理完了」にしましょう
③料理がこぼれないように梱包し「注文番号」を記載、注文者が受け取りに来るのを待ちましょう

注文を承認したタイミングで確定されるので、せっかく作ったのにキャンセルや取りに来ない等で損失になることがありません。

店舗管理画面がタブレットを横にしても見やすいようにしてほしいです。今横にして首を回して見ています。

後、ストアマネージャーでメニュー設定で一つの商品を複数のカテゴリーに入れられるようにしてほしいですね。

複数店舗でmenuを利用しているが、
各店舗のページに簡単に切り替えられないのでものすごく不便。
使い勝手が悪すぎてびっくりします。

PCの管理画面では2種類の異なるID&パスワードでログインできてしまうし、スマホのアプリではその2種類両方ともログインできない。
口座情報更新しろとメール来て編集画面で上書きしろと書いてあるけど、編集画面は上書きできないようになってる。
社内のそれぞれの部署で話通じ合ってないんじゃない？

また担当が違うにしても同じ会社なんだから、要件を聞いて引き継いでくれればいいのに…。
言葉遣いもヒドい。
先ず持ってメールで閉店のため退会と伝えているのに、「ちなみに、退会のご・り・ゆ・う・は・(無言5秒)」…。
舐めてる？
忙しいのは分かるけど、店舗あってのビジネスなんだからもう少しこっちの身にもなって欲しいと常々思っております。
