Also, there’s no option to see which restaurants are open ??!!!?!!? ### 1/5 — very slow 1.5 hours to deliver one meal from mcdonalds *2021-11-22, version 4.0.0* slow ### 1/5 — Very disappointing delivery service *2021-09-18, version 3.1.2* They are consistently the slowest delivery service. Typically they make promises of 50-60 minutes but delivery is rarely less than 3 hours on weekends. Apologies mean nothing to crying and hungry children. And yes, I live in the largest city in the country ### 2/5 — Баги *2020-11-01, version 3.0.7* Было когда то рабочее нормальное приложение. Но появились на весь экран стикеры которые невозможно закрыть как на сайте так и в приложении. Вообще не парятся и не заморачиваются над технической стороной. Хотя месяц назад уже по телефону сообщал об этой проблеме. Ничего не изменилось. ### 1/5 — Отвратительно *2020-06-30, version 3.0.5* Никогда не работает нормально. Заказы не получают, либо не привозят, либо привозят но не то. ### 1/5 — Если забыл пароль - восстановить его не выйдет *2020-05-18, version 3.0.5* Восстановление пароля не работает ни в приложении, ни в браузере. В приложении после нажатия кнопки «Сбросить пароль» ничего не происходит. Из браузера письмо на почту не приходит вообще... ### 1/5 — Что может быть хуже их сервиса? Их приложение. *2020-02-20, version 3.0.4* Забагованный ужас, которым невозможно пользоваться. Половина заказов просто не попадают на сервера. Приложение периодически вылетает. К сожалению, здесь нельзя оценить приложение в ноль звёзд. ### 1/5 — Самая ужасная доставка в Минске *2019-12-15, version 3.0.1* «Оперативность» и «профессионализм» данного сервиса прямо зашкаливают. Оставила заказ - ноль реакции. Ни звонка, ни смс. Через 20 минут сама позвонила узнать что с заказом - трубку не сняли. Через 40 минут соизволили перезвонить что нету одного из блюд. Спасибо, уже воспользовалась другой доставкой, более оперативной. Молчу про тупизм с функционалом бонусов и про множество других минусов. Когда начинали, были нормальной доставкой, теперь испортились вконец. ### 1/5 — Худшая компания в мире *2019-12-01, version 3.0.0* Только что в третий раз прождал свой заказ более 4 часов - так его и не получил. Из трех попыток получить еду так и не вышло. Если хотите испортить себе вечер - обязательно воспользуйтесь этой компанией. Безобразные процессы и, очевидно, абсолютно бездумное руководство раз подобное системно повторяется уже трижды. Собственно, и само мобильное приложение ужасающе плохо. Гайды эппл нарушены, телефона саппорта нет или его не найти. Чата нет. Отследить заказ невозможно. ### 2/5 — Мда. *2019-11-02, version 2.9.8.8* Где обновление под X ? Экран на половину срезан.
