I cannot delete this app!!! It forces me to “send a reason email to the company but I still can’t delete it. I realized there was a fee after downloading and immediately tried to unsubscribe and delete. Is this a scam situation??? Please help!!! I changed my rating because I did get instruction on how to delete my app. Never had this trouble ever but I do appreciate the help. The app also included temporary seasonal items no longer available at the local chain restaurants in my area. ### 1/5 — Terrible Onboarding UX *2026-08-23, version 1.0.46* Your goal is to get people to use the app. I went through all the prompts to start my account and decided to delete the app when it forced me to start a 7-day free trial BEFORE I could even see what the app is capable of doing. You’re probably losing 30% of potential active users by requiring a 7-day free trial. Allow users to use the app, then if it’s worth it… they will subscribe on their own. It’s sometimes so wrong that I have no idea where it even got the menu. Good concept but useless if it’s not accurate. Downloaded to for better suggestion to be more healthy. Well, not much options for restaurant. It suggests how to pick “healthier” options form fast food restaurants despite my city having multiple healthier local, family owned restaurant. I thought the whole point of the app was to avoid fast food yet it’s suggesting fast food or places that use unhealthy ingredients.
