## What is Meo Health?

You’re not broken. Your nervous system is stuck in Fight-or-Flight.

Meo Health delivers relief in as little as 10 minutes a day with science-based nervous system training — built on over 40 years of clinical research pioneered by Dr. Gevirtz. Meo Health is designed to help people with dysregulated nervous systems and low heart rate variability (HRV) reverse chronic symptoms at the root cause.

Train Your Nervous System. Improve HRV. Relieve Chronic Symptoms.

If you had a viral infection, chronic stress, a chronic illness, or burnout, your bloodwork might look normal — but your nervous system may be dysfunctional. When the autonomic nervous system stays stuck in fight-or-flight, the vagus nerve can misfire, leading to chronic symptoms. Meo Health addresses the root cause by retraining the nervous system. Take the test to see if your symptoms are caused by nervous system dysfunction. www.meohealth.com

### 3/5 — Overpriced

*2026-08-02, version 1.1.807*

This app stopped working and it took a month for them to fix. But it is good again now. I suppose you’re paying for the WhatsApp based support person to chat to. This could be helpful if just starting in your chronic illness and trying to get your head around how this sort of breathing might work. But for me it’s way too expensive and I regret letting the yearly payment go through.

### 5/5 — Simply life changing

*2026-07-27, version 1.1.807*

After downloading the app I was a bit skeptical as I’m being advertise a lot of similar programs but Meo actually works for you. It’s a bit of an habit to create but when you get to it, the results are amazing. My brain fog is lifting, some of my symptoms are getting so much better and less reactive. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

### 2/5 — Really frustrated by the July 2026 update

*2026-07-26, version 1.1.806*

I used this program daily for six months and loved it, but the recent app update has made it unusable for me. The two primary issues I have now are the increased speed of the sound cues which feels hyperventilative, and the inability to run the program in the background or with the screen off. Neither change appears to be adjustable or optional and I am incredibly disappointed to lose access to the version of a program that had worked so well for me for half a year. Abrupt and unexpected changes like this are damaging, not supportive, of the nervous system, and I’m sure I’m not the only chronically ill member/user to find it upsetting. If you are able to make these changes optional, please let me know and I will gladly return.

### 5/5 — New App

*2026-02-02, version 1.1.580*

New app concept for me. Great survey at the beginning to gather health data and symptoms.

### 5/5 — Great app and services

*2026-02-02, version 1.1.580*

It was easy to use, very helpful health assessment and advice right from the beginning.
The app is also easy to set and connect with wearables.
Outstanding…

### 5/5 — Great!

*2026-01-31, version 1.1.580*

I was honestly skeptical at first, but after a few weeks of using the app, my brain fog and fatigue have mostly lifted.
I went from barely getting through the day to working full-time again. Didn't think that was possible six months ago.

### 5/5 — Structured and help me to track and improve my sleep patterns

*2026-01-29, version 1.1.580*

This isn't just another wellness app; it feels like a medical-grade rehabilitation tool. The 12-week structure is very clear and easy to follow even with bad sleep conditions.

### 5/5 — Finally out of the 'crash' cycle" (5/5).

*2026-01-27, version 1.1.580*

I used to have one good day followed by three days in bed. Since starting this program, my symptom flare-ups have dropped by 80%.It helped me strengthen my nervous system and calm it down next level. Definitely a lifesaver.

### 5/5 — Life is much easier with this app

*2026-01-26, version 1.1.580*

The app is easy to use and has a simple, well-organized interface. It offers a good range of health tracking features that are helpful for daily use. The data is presented clearly, which makes it easier to understand
personal health trends. While there is still room for more customization, overall it is a solid health app and worth recommending.

### 5/5 — Tech for help

*2026-01-26, version 1.1.580*

The automatic data pull clears the brain fog for me. It’s a seamless, low-energy way to track my stats while keeping my nervous system perfectly calm.
