If I could give this 0 stars I would. The white noise choices are like Chinese torture - annoying at best and downright horrible like fingernails on chalk board at worst. The sleep function shuts itself off in a couple hours.  Don’t waste too your money - there are better apps

I downloaded this app because I saw an ad that claimed it detected everything you did during your sleep and even showed diagrams of your activity. 

I have a very hard time falling and staying asleep. It takes me forever  and when I finally do, I’m honest to God up every single hour on the hour. I know this because I always check the clock. 

I used Meow Nap for 3 nights, it only has one chart (no diagrams or listing your activities). The first night it said I only woke up twice and graded my sleep at 90%. The other 2 nights, it gave me a 100% and said I had a solid, straight through night’s sleep which I know isn’t true because at one point my puppy decided to jump on my chest and start kissing me besides the 6 times I got up to pee. 

Besides the lame, incorrect record of my sleep, it has sounds to “help you fall asleep quickly”. I don’t think you opt out of it, at least I couldn’t figure out how not to play the sounds. Plus they’re awful!! Yes, there are several choices and I went through the entire list of stories, white noise and music. The narrator of the stories has a very high pitch annoying fairy like voice, the music is just, I don’t even know (I’ve tried several sleep aid apps with the same type of music so) I get what they attempted but just didn’t accomplish and the white noise?? It literally plays 4 seconds of the sound then you can clearly hear when it repeats. 

I would rate Meow Nap a zero if I could.
