'Meowf Square' is a brain-teasing puzzle based on classic Tango grid logic rules.

[Core Game Rules]

Balance Rule: Each row and column must contain an equal number of Dogs and Cats.
No 3-in-a-Row: No more than 2 identical animals can be placed consecutively horizontally or vertically.
Relationship Clues (=, x): '=' means adjacent cells must match, while 'x' means they must be different!
