Die schwedische App unterstützt keine deutschen Ladestationen. Für Deutschland nutzen Sie bitte die App **Mer Connect ME** aus dem deutschen App Store. Dort sollten die deutschen Ladepunkte angezeigt werden. Wenn Sie weiterhin Probleme haben, kontaktieren Sie uns gerne über customer.support.se@mer.eco ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever *2025-12-05* If you don’t have a Norway bank card, good luck. No matter whether it’s at the charging station or in the app, they don’t accept cards. Then when you try to create an account, they require phone number verification but don’t send you the verification code. Total garbage service. Don’t waste your time. **Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble. Some card issuers block 3DS or trigger risk checks, which can prevent adding a card. Phone verification for US numbers is something we’re working to improve. Please email customer.support.se@mer.eco and we’ll help you get set up. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work *2025-09-10* Tried charging without an account. Said there was a problem with my account and couldn’t start. Tried making an account but the SMS codes never came through. Terrible app! **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about this, Lysen. That sounds very frustrating. Please contact our support team at customer.support.se@mer.eco so we can help you out. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-07-30* How hard can it be to make a charging app? Their competitor Bilkraft is able to make it work. Added credit card. Got charged the preauthorisation. Selected correct charger. Got error “there’s something wrong with your account”. Drove to the nearby Bilkraft station instead and charged the car. Skip this app. Doesn’t work. **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the trouble — that definitely shouldn’t happen. If you saw the message “there’s something wrong with your account,” it might’ve been a registration or verification issue. We’d really like to investigate and get it fixed for you. In Alsbach direkt vor der MER Ladesäule wird die nächste Option in 500km angezeigt. Kein Ladevorgang möglich **Developer response:** Hallo, danke für deine Rückmeldung! Es sieht so aus, als ob du versehentlich die schwedische Mer-App heruntergeladen hast. Diese zeigt nur Ladestationen in Schweden und Norwegen an. Für Deutschland verwende bitte die App Mer Connect ME, die du im deutschen App Store findest. ### 1/5 — Norway Only *2024-06-17* Such a waste of time. All that signing up. All in English and doesn’t show any chargers outside of Norway. Get it OFF the App Store now. **Developer response:** Dear Dr James, Thank you for bringing this oversight to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with our app. We understand your frustration with the sign-up process and the limitation of only displaying chargers in Norway and Sweden, despite the app being in English. We have been unclear. If you are looking to charge at the Mer network in the UK we kindly ask you to get the "Mer Connect UK" app (https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/mer-connect-uk/id1523502942). Our other "Mer Connect" app is only intended for Sweden at the moment, but is available on many app stores and in multiple languages to cater to all our international travellers. The naming of the apps are unfortunate, we see this clearly now. Thanks to your generous feedback we have updated our listings in the App Store to clearly indicate that the app only shows chargers in Sweden and Norway, with relevant text and flags. Best regards, Mer ### 3/5 — Funktioniert nicht- teilweise behoben *2025-05-06* Die Anmeldung / einloggen ist sehr seltsam über eine externe Seite gelöst. Die Verwendung von PW Managern ist sehr erschwert. Es ist nicht möglich eine Kreditkarte zu hinterlegen. Es erfolgt keine Weiterleitung zum Prüfverfahren der Bank. Daher ist die App völlig nutzlos. Nachtrag: von Schweden aus konnte ich die Kreditkarte aktivieren. Gab zwar eine Fehlermeldung beim 1. Buchungsversuch (man muss zwei mal in der Bankapp bestätigen), ging dann aber trotzdem. Vielleicht sollte man die Laufzeit bis zum Fehler verlängern. Der Benutzername (Email) wird vom PW Manager von Apple nicht eingetragen. Es ist ein manueller Nachtrag notwendig. Leider alles immer noch sehr umständlich. **Developer response:** Hallo, danke für dein Feedback! Die Anmeldung sollte trotz externer Seite mit gängigen Passwort-Managern funktionieren – sag uns gerne, welchen du nutzt, dann prüfen wir det. Auch das Verifizierungsverfahren für Kreditkarten sollte funktionieren.
