## What is Mera Samvidhaan?

Mera Samvidhaan is a free, offline reader for the Constitution of India and thirty-one Central Acts. Every Article, Section, clause, proviso, explanation, illustration, schedule and footnote is here as printed by India Code, the Government of India's official repository of legislation. Nothing is summarised and nothing is left out.

WHAT IS INSIDE
• The Constitution of India: the Preamble, all 22 Parts, all 12 Schedules, and the list of amendments
• The three new criminal codes in full: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), with IPC → BNS and CrPC → BNSS section mapping tables
• Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, with its Schedule and Appendix forms
• Indian Contract Act, Sale of Goods Act, Specific Relief Act, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Limitation Act
• Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Central GST Act
• Income-tax Act, 1961 and the new Income-tax Act, 2025
• Consumer Protection Act, Information Technology Act, Right to Information Act, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Motor Vehicles Act
• Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Juvenile Justice Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Dowry Prohibition Act, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act
• Hindu Marriage Act, Hindu Succession Act, Special Marriage Act

HOW IT READS
• Browse by Part, Chapter or Schedule, or jump straight to an Article or Section number
• Search any Act by number or words, instantly, on the phone
• Footnotes, amendment markers and State amendments are kept and tappable, exactly where the printed Act has them
• A glossary of legal terms and an overview of how the courts are organised
• Light and dark themes, large-text friendly
• Deep links: merasamvidhaan:// opens any provision directly

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The whole text ships inside the app, so it works with no internet connection. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The only thing the app can ever send is a problem report you choose to write.

Mera Samvidhaan is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or published by the Government of India, any State Government, any court or any ministry. It is a reference, not legal advice: the text may contain errors or miss the latest amendment, so verify anything that matters against the official source and consult a qualified lawyer.
