No option for questions about Kload prepaid. I have no way of knowing and monitoring my power consumption, and no information on this app to find out. Or, if there is a way to know, it's not clear at all. Completely useless app. ### 1/5 — United states banned from accessing meralco! *2024-09-30* Why did you banned our access here in the US? We have to pay online!!! Do not banned our access here as we are paying the bill here abroad esp. USA. I have already registered and all, but when I tried opening the app, it's just not possible. Meralco is not compassionate for the people abroad like me. I’m very disappointed with Meralco payment system. Meralco is very behind in technology. Meralco must accept any U.S. Card payment for the sake of the OFW who owns property in the Philippines. Wake Up Meralco! We’re now on high tech world!. SMDC is extremely much better than your payment system.
