### 3/5 — Fine if you don’t use Apple Health

*2026-07-27*

App and device work fine self contained, but the Apple Health integration is absolutely worthless in its current form. Sure, sync my pulse but not my BP readings. On a BP cuff.🤦‍♂️

### 3/5 — Doesn’t export all data

*2025-05-31*

I bought this to track my bp and
Pulse and although it displays both on the screen when a measurement is taken, it does not export the pulse. This was a key reason I bought this model and no pulse data is an issue.

### 3/5 — 2025

*2025-01-10, version v1.6.1*

The app should be updated to add the year 2025 to the data list please

### 3/5 — Stops recording data Dec 2024

*2025-01-01, version v1.6.1*

No Data collection after Dec 2024. Needs update for 2025 and moving forward

### 3/5 — App is good. Dates are wrong.

*2024-08-23, version v1.6.1*

The dates are listed as 21th, 22th. This makes it look like an uneducated person wrote this app. Please fix the dates.

21st
22nd
23rd

Everything else should end in th.
24th
25th
26th
27th
28th
29th

### 3/5 — Works great but add notes!

*2024-06-11, version v1.6.1*

Add ability to put notes on each reading. Just seems like a no brainer. Otherwise what’s the point of having it on your phone when you can just write it down and do the same thing as the app. It’s simple to add and would make your product amazing.

### 3/5 — No January 2024

*2024-01-02*

It’s been working great up until today. There is no option to set and record for January 2024. Is the app no longer available?

### 3/5 — Where is 2024

*2024-01-02*

This app was great for tracking but as is today, it isn’t tracking because there is no option for 2024!!

### 2/5 — App

*2023-12-14*

The app is not working properly The device is not sync the Results With the app but the device connect through Bluetooth in appears in the app but doesn’t sync the results This is the second one I got because the other was return for the same issue

Sent from my iPad

### 3/5 — Overall alright

*2023-09-16, version v1.6.1*

I like the app my only issue and it’s a real frustration for me, is that I wish I could add notes to each reading so I can better track things. The preset options aren’t always helpful.

### 3/5 — Needs to sync with apple health

*2023-08-14*

Easy to setup, but it does not pass data to apple health and that is where I need it most.

### 3/5 — BP Comments are totally off

*2023-03-31, version V1.5.1*

The app collects data from the BP monitor regularly and records Systolic, Diastolic, Pulse Rate and Time of Day. It enables the user to attach a “symbol” indicating a factor that would explain the readings such as “morning”, “after exercise” etc, but provided only FOUR symbols. Totally inadequate. It also provided its own comments for each reading which are TOTALLY WRONG. For example 127/63 is labeled High BP! Etc…

### 2/5 — Needs improvement.

*2023-03-10*

First, the app includes the manual for the Cedar model, but not the Aspen (not crucial, but very helpful).

Also, the "trend" page doesn't make any sense. For example, a light orange dot indicates a low diastolic number. A dark orange square indicates a high diastolic number. One day my diastolic was 78 (normal) and another day it was 88 (high). Both numbers on the chart were indicated by a light orange dot in the middle of a dark orange square. Overall, the trend page is way too imprecise and vague to be useful.

The "data" page makes it easy to compare about 5 recent readings in one place without having to view them individually on the device. There is an option to choose ONE of four circumstances after BP has been recorded:

1. Morning
2. Motion
3. After meal
4. Sleep

Obviously, there are tons of circumstances that aren't available to choose, like:

- At rest
- Before medication
- After medication
- After a big fight

It would just be better to have a "notes" section. Having said that, maybe it's just easier overall to keep a written log, because there are countless factors that affect blood pressure and it isn't that much data to write down. I also don't see a feature that calculates averages.

On the upside, the app doesn't request personal data (name or email address). The bluetooth feature was responsive and the device data synced to the app right away.

The app has a lot of potential but it needs work.

### 1/5 — 9/3/25: My Pink Brick!

*2025-09-03, version v1.6.1*

1️⃣Meraw Cedar/Pink is pretty useless. Nothing works well. ZERO UPDATES to APP in OVER 2 years.
2️⃣Poor Functionality. 3️⃣Bluetooth connectivity is terrible. 4️⃣All permissions set but integration/synching doesn't work.
5️⃣ZERO support!

### 1/5 — Data

*2025-08-27, version v1.6.1*

Can’t record anymore data

### 1/5 — POOR Functionality

*2025-08-05*

1️⃣Poor Functionality. 2️⃣Bluetooth connectivity is terrible. 3️⃣Supposedly holds 100 records. Poor design in that you must delete records on the device. Should be able to perform this procedure in the app. Mind numbingly slow to do individual records. If App or device developers stopped to consider—they would have made it possible within the app! IF Bluetooth🙄🤨EVER worked correctly it would update records/memory in the device!
4️⃣I would not buy this device again.

### 1/5 — Difficult

*2025-07-03*

I purchased the Meraw Cedar Arm Blood Pressure Monitor hoping to easily track my readings through the companion app, but unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience from the start.
The Good:
The physical monitor itself seems to work fine for taking blood pressure readings. The cuff fits well and the display is clear and easy to read.
The Problems:
The major issue is with the app connectivity. Despite multiple attempts following the setup instructions, I cannot get the monitor to connect to the smartphone app. I’ve tried:
	•	Reinstalling the app
	•	Resetting the device
	•	Checking Bluetooth settings
	•	Following troubleshooting guides
Nothing has worked, which defeats one of the main selling points of this “smart” monitor.
Customer Service Nightmare:
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer support. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through various channels but have been unable to get any meaningful help or even a response. For a health device that people rely on, this level of customer service is unacceptable.
Bottom Line:
While the basic blood pressure monitoring function works, the smart features that justify the price point simply don’t work, and there’s no support to help resolve the issues. I’d recommend looking at other brands with better app integration and customer service track records.
Would I recommend this product? No, not until they fix their app connectivity issues and improve their customer support accessibility.

### 1/5 — Does not sync

*2024-06-30, version v1.6.1*

Was syncing all my data and now it stopped. So disappointed in this app

### 2/5 — Date

*2026-01-01, version v1.6.1*

The date ended on December 2025 and there’s no 2026

### 2/5 — Don’t link up on Bluetooth

*2025-12-06*

It doesn’t link up to Bluetooth all the time. And my recordings don’t transfer to the app. I am hoping it’s an update or something that will make it easier to connect.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t sync to Apple Health

*2025-03-27*

The whole reason I bought the Meraw Aspen was because of the feature to sync to Apple Health. It connects via Bluetooth. There’s a switch in the “My Profile” section for Apple Health, but it doesn’t appear to do anything. Otherwise, it records readings in the Meraw app, but the lack of Apple Health support is very disappointing.

### 2/5 — 2024 update

*2024-01-10*

Linking to Apple health app has allowed me to save and track data however fixing the app to a range of more than two years would improve my satisfaction. The device is a great easy to use bp monitor the app is a disappointment with a workaround.

### 2/5 — Year 2024?

*2024-01-01*

Am I missing something or does this only allow months in 2022 and 2023? Seems those are the only two years to see the data. I got this for Christmas cause I have high blood pressure but today January 1, 2023 has no date to select from. Is there a software update?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Add year 2024

*2024-01-01*

You need to add the year 2024 when viewing measurements.

### 5/5 — Good historical tracking

*2023-02-14*

Quick connection and easy to use

### 5/5 — User friendly

*2023-02-07*

Easy to use. Simply interface with useful info in need

### 4/5 — So far so good

*2025-03-18*

I love how it syncs easily with the iPhone and record your reading and how it has options to be used with Apple health .. I would love to see a blood pressure average added in form of the numerical values (sys over dia) .. the graph is nice tho … so far so good

### 4/5 — Almost There

*2024-05-15*

The wrist cuff is very easy to use. The app was easy to download and paired automatically. So far, so good, excellent even. It does as billed as far as saving my readings. The only (large!) problem is the area titled "Remarks." In actually, there is NO Remarks function. There are four icons: Morning, Motion, After Meal, Sleep. That's it. You can only pick one. You can't add one, modify it or explain. The app needs an actual Remarks or Notes function where I can note that I was under emotional stress because my mother-in-law visited unannounced, or I had food poisoning, or the dog ate my hearing aid, or I'm agonizing over upcoming surgery, or I just ran a 5K and I might die. None of those examples are covered by the four lame icons. I could take a screenshot, add a text box and save it in photos, but that defeats the purpose. PLEASE fix it so we can add our own notes. Otherwise, when the doctor looks at my data and says, "Why's this one so high?" I don't have to say, "Uh . . ."

### 4/5 — Not bad

*2024-02-14*

Just good enough - works flawlessly - the enhancements others here have suggested would add value.

### 4/5 — Tracking is a plus

*2023-08-05*

Update 8/4/23. Needs better or mor export capabilities or options. More then excel cvs

I needed a blood pressure monitor that had bluetooth with an app that would automatically save readings. I decided on the Meraw cuff for wrist with its companion app. I do like it’s capability to track my readings. For a suggestion I would like to see the app have a capability to add one or two more profiles. I would also like to see the remark section to have a “Custom” remark so a personal note could be added. Such as before meds or other comments.

### 4/5 — Easy to use but wanting more.

*2023-07-10*

It took me a second to figure out how to connect the device to the app. Once connected, it’s super easy.
I do wish there was a notes section within each individual blood pressure entry. As I’m suppose to take my blood pressure during episodes, I also like to keep an eye on it normally so being able to differentiate between what’s me just checking it versus an episode would be nice to keep track of for the doctor.

### 4/5 — Accurate Device, App Needs Help

*2022-11-27*

Device is great but app has two failings: first, numerical time is correct in 12 hour format but all times say PM; and second, app does not synch with Apple Health. Neither of these are deal breakers but should be addressed by the developers. Thx.
