Their product listings are woefully incomplete, and special order items (such as milk or toothpaste!) don’t count toward the minimum price requirement for an order to go through. Since they use PayU (the world’s crappiest payment processing platform), you can’t use foreign credit cards unless Mercadoni requests a special authorization (which they say they will do but actually don’t ever get around to), so you’re forced to pay in cash (because apparently it’s 1999!)—except their delivery people rarely have change (because, Colombia). Los precios de los productos están inflados, son falsos. Si se les demuestra que cobraron mal se escudan que es un error de etiqueta del establecimiento y no de ellos, es decir no velan por el bienestar del usuario que es la razón de ser de ellos. No los recomiendo nunca y son lo peor en servicio al cliente.
