Fikset et problem med SMS Send der gjorde man ikke kunne se loggen af afsendte beskeder.

Added support for calling in sick and absence.
Fixed issue with custom configuration of the Grades view.
The order of pages in 'My absence' can now be changed in the Configurator.
The app now uses the more modern Material Design icons.
Fixed a visual issue with Grades and its value.

Fixed an issue in the editing page for User Info that would cause it to think nothing had changed even when values were changed.

The app can now be displayed in the German language, if the user has their device configured as such.
