## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not Supported By Mercator Anymore

*2020-12-17, version 1.2*

It is appalling that the SMARTLIGHT devices are still being sold but this App is unable to connect to the Hub so the devices don’t work.

### 1/5 — Update your app

*2020-12-14, version 1.2*

No updates for more than 2 years. Clearly Mercator couldn’t care less about the smart home market.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2019-09-11, version 1.2*

The idea is good but its delivery is well, bad. App is outdated and looks like it should be used with an iPhone 3, very confusing with its layout and setup. Cannot get a schedule to work for the life of me. Lights randomly turn on and off.
Needs to be more user friendly.
More options.
More settings.
More support.
Even a tutorial would be great!
FIX THE ISSUES PLEASE!

### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish

*2019-09-07, version 1.2*

Do not buy any products that need this app. The app is very slow and drops out all the time leaving you with lights that cannot be turned on or turned off.
The apps setting are very basic and not up to speed with others.

### 1/5 — Literally the worst app interface

*2019-08-27, version 1.2*

Pretty much the title. There’s a total of 2 buttons and zero instructions on the app as to how to connect the gateway.

### 2/5 — Decent

*2019-04-08, version 1.2*

App needs work, constant drop outs, slow reaction times... some preset colours would be nice also more colours too... I would personally love to see a fade option for the lights so I can fade in and out of colours constantly
