Viele funktioniert dabei gut, ein Punkt ist jedoch fehlerhaft. Fahrten mit beginnenden Bergab-Strecken werden erst akzeptiert, wenn der Gesamtverbrauch nicht mehr negativ ist. Vorher kommt die Meldung, „Strecke zu kurz…“ Und das, obwohl deutlich über 2 km gefahren wurde. Eigentlich ist auch schon die Verbrauchsanzeige im Wagen falsch, wenn dort statt negativer Werte „0 kWh/100km“ steht. Weiter wünsche ich mir mehr Auswahl bei den Prämien. Seit meiner ersten Rezension hat sich nichts geändert. Was muss ein Kunde tun, um Sie aus Ihrer Komfortzone zu bewegen? Nun gibt es eine neue Version der App. Leider ist das Problem der „Bergbewohner“ immer noch nicht gelöst. Der Nutzer SPNov hat das gleiche Problem vor einigen Tagen ebenfalls geschildert. Wann wird hier jemand tätig? Eine KI hätte den Code-Fehler schon längst behoben. Muss es erst dazu kommen, dass die letzten treuen Kunden entnervt aufgeben und die Entwicklerarbeitsplätze dann wegfallen? **Developer response:** Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, deine Erfahrungen so detailliert mit uns zu teilen. Wir verstehen, wie enttäuschend es sein kann, wenn ein bereits gemeldetes Problem auch nach mehreren Updates weiterhin besteht. Es tut uns leid, dass die Erfassung von Fahrten mit bergab führendem Streckenbeginn offenbar noch immer nicht korrekt funktioniert. Auch deine Anmerkungen zur Verbrauchsanzeige und zur Prämienauswahl wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Les points sont calculés on ne sait comment (un coup c’est 48% et juste après 98% avec la même conduite, sur le même trajet), les points ne servaient pas à grand chose, ils ne servent maintenant plus à rien. Obviously a glitch in the coding, as ‘charging’ and ‘parking’ are captured as the same activity. Now totally useless and will stop using it, as the output is meaningless. What a shame, as before the ‘update’, the data was pretty accurate and encouraged more efficient behaviour…… 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Pointless now *2026-07-13, version 5.6.0* The points system for offsetting or at least using them was ok.. And kept me interested.. There is no algorithmic offset for living in hilly terrain so if you are paired with someone in a city you will lose every time. ### 1/5 — What update? *2026-07-01, version 5.5.0* Message on opening app says I need to update the app. I click on the link and find the version I have is the latest one: updated three months ago.
