There is no solution when the web browser version also crashes so you cannot access your documents or personal information when you require. There is no available tech support outside of business hours which defeats the purpose of claiming you can access these documents 24/7 I have updated and uninstalled, reinstalled and still cannot log in repeated error and failure of the app. This is not good enough ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-07-03, version 3.7.5* App never works and neither does the internet browser.
