It’s absolutely ridiculous. You’re automatically logged out after each use, and when you try to log back in you get a “things don’t appear to be working at the moment” text box. Apparently, things NEVER appear to be working on the app. Hopefully they can get it fixed, but I’m glad I won’t have to deal with it anymore. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-05-21, version 2.15.0* Very glitchy and crashes a lot ### 1/5 — Excellent when you’re able to log in *2025-05-01, version 2.15.0* This app has a lot of bug issues that need to be resolved. The app itself once you can get access past the loading stage is great but the app fails to load frequently when opened. Reporting the problem online has issues with the letter character and word limit for describing the problem. It has caused many late fees and I can’t change the date of direct debt to match my wages. It has given me so much grief a bad credit rating. DONT bother using it. I just have to call EVERY time. In every review you just apologize and say call the Finance department. WHATS the Point!!!!! ### 1/5 — Good luck getting on the app *2024-11-14, version 2.11.1* Genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever used! 8 times out of ten you will try to log in and it states that “things don’t appear to be working” and you cannot see any of your finance details at all. If you do manage to get on the app it is the slowest you will ever deal with, doesn’t matter how fast your internet is, the app will slow down to a snail speed. Literally if I was just able to log on when I wanted and it wasn’t so slow, i would give 5 star rating but it is so frustrating to need info on my current loan but I can never actually get on ### 1/5 — Login request failed *2024-09-19, version 2.11.1* This app tells me that things aren’t working and to come back later 9 out of 10 times I try to log in. ### 1/5 — Unable to link my contract and use the app *2024-09-15, version 2.11.1* It throws an error saying the contract doesn’t exist. There is no solution when the web browser version also crashes so you cannot access your documents or personal information when you require. There is no available tech support outside of business hours which defeats the purpose of claiming you can access these documents 24/7 I have updated and uninstalled, reinstalled and still cannot log in repeated error and failure of the app. This is not good enough ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-07-03, version 3.7.5* App never works and neither does the internet browser. But, my issue is I guess I only manage to log in may be one in every 5-6 attempts. Today I can’t log in at all.
