“Limited Features – Needs More Car Control Options Like Competitor Apps”
I’m disappointed with the Mercedes app in Kuwait. Other car brands offer apps that allow you to control almost every aspect of the car remotely, providing a truly connected experience. However, the Mercedes app here is limited, mainly focused on booking appointments or exploring new car models. It lacks the comprehensive features and control options found in competitor apps, which feels like a missed opportunity to enhance the ownership experience. I hope future updates bring this app up to the standard we expect from a premium brand like Mercedes.

OTP didn’t arrive
Once it arrived after long time it said OTP verified and was stuck on registration screen.
This is really bad for Mercedes reputation.
