With the growing prevalence of mobile phone usage across Asia, Mercer provides BenefitsAsia mobile application to facilitate the Flex and Self-Insured claims reimbursement. Self-service features enjoyed by users on the BenefitsAsia web portal related to claims reimbursement, accounts statement and password management will be available on the mobile apps.

- Submit Claims for Employee & Dependents 
- Submit Self-Insured Claims that may include and not limited to Flex, Medical, Health Screening, Maternity, etc.

- View Statement of Accounts 
- Get notified via apps on the claim status like payment, rejection, etc.
