Very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Hopeless *2026-06-22, version 2.0.33* This app is hopeless, it drops you out after only several minutes. You have to keep logging back in. It is very frustrating. Please lift your game. ### 3/5 — Better than the last app *2026-06-18* This is far better than the last app. But it logs me out about 2 minutes after I log in every time. Crazy poor interactions ### 2/5 — Minor Improvement from Previous App *2026-04-15* This app does the same as the last, either failing to show the fund balance or telling me I have $0. Very disconcerting and disappointing that it’s still occurring after moving away from the old app. I have been advised to message Mercer if I want to know my balance. Please re instate it? ### 4/5 — Great look & feel, but missing features *2026-02-19* It is easy to get to the statements for each tax year, but I could not see a way to save a statement from the app. I am therefore forced to do it from the web interface. I had hoped that the app meant I did not do it through the website - certainly not optimal to do some stuff on the app and some on the web. ### 4/5 — Still room for improvement *2026-02-18* The app lacks some features that I consider essential, like logon using biometrics. I also haven’t found an option to change my password. The only way seems to be via the website. Information offered on the website is sometimes hard to find in the app - or perhaps it’s not available? In my opinion, a usability review would make sense. Finally, it happened to me more than once that I got logged out while navigating, sometimes seconds after entering the home screen. A bug that is, thanks to the cumbersome logon process, very annoying. **Developer response:** Thank you, for taking the time to post a review. Then you have to re long in, get a code Log in, then again you look at a page and bang straight back to the log on screen. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Slow to log on - fast to log you out *2026-05-14* After enduring a clunky logon experience (what’s with the shrunken onscreen keyboard?), the app dumps you out within about thirty seconds. No error, no warning. Seems like such basic functionality, but Mercer cannot seem to crack the problem despite plenty of feedback and ample time to resolve. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing a review. There was a technical issue with the app on Saturday 18 April which prevented members from logging in. I'm sorry that you weren’t able to access the app. This issue has been resolved. Now the app wont work. Shows a blank black screen and notning wont load up ### 1/5 — Very bad since last year *2026-02-14* Was good before but since last year Touch ID for logon is not supported any longer. And you are forced to type in full credentials and password on any logon plus two-factor-check by email or text message. When you logged on, after around 15 seconds you are logged out again. **Developer response:** I’m sorry that you’re having issues with the app. We’ll soon be improving the login experience so that you won’t need to enter a password and code each time you login. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t load *2026-02-10, version 2.0.23* App won’t load. Just stuck at blue screen. Can’t login to website either. Why are all your apps so difficult to use? ### 1/5 — Worse than the other Mercer app *2026-02-08, version 2.0.23* Logs out shortly after logon as other users are pointing out. Not only has Mercer rolled out an app like that, they have also been made aware and acknowledged the issue months ago. It’s beyond me how an organisation of the size of Mercer cannot sort this out.
