It has a lot of angles you get to focus on and everything ties into each other. So far, it’s been a fun ride! Keep it up devs. ### 5/5 — Recommendations *2024-03-18, version 1.04* It’s pretty good and basically does what it advertises but if I were to suggest one thing it would be an option to reset our progress or start another account since it would be much more convenient than deleting and re-downloading the app like I was doing. I say this since I didn’t really know what I was doing at the start when I first downloaded it so my options were not the best and they were also permanent so the only way to redo would be to reset which it was not an option. It’s just a minor Dissatisfaction though so it would be nice but doesn’t really track much from the actual game ### 5/5 — Fun game that doesn’t take up a lot of time *2024-03-09, version 1.04* A fun game I can slow grind for materials. An craft all sorts of different armor to try out. At the same time a fun old school rpg feel. Turn based attacks, plenty of mana to attack with powerful attacks all the time if you want. At the same time I can stall when my wife wants to talk and not lose a game or die because I took my eyes off the screen. ### 1/5 — not fun *2024-03-08, version 1.04* user interface is simplistic but also feels really bad somehow. it doesn’t give the player a good sense of feed back. You end up feeling unsure if the game will perform your inputs. There’s really very little meaningfully choice making the player gets to do. you basically just click through the game. the art, while not bad individually is put together in a way that feels busy and a bit of a eyes sore. I get the feeling that most of the reviews at this point are fake reviews. I rarely give out one star reviews for games this one is just pretty bad imo. ### 2/5 — Run of the mill. Average *2024-01-30, version 1.04* The stand there and exchange punches combat is very dull. ### 5/5 — A wholeheartedly traditional installment *2023-08-20, version 1.04* I have been playing both Merchant and Merchant Heroes for combined over a decade, and thankfully. Should it not be that all positive elements of previous installments then be carried into the next blessed title? Equally as reasonable as having a fresh, for example, mechanic that accompanies from within one title of the series’ release? ### 5/5 — Name change *2022-12-05, version 1.04* The game is absolutely perfect for me except I have to reroll for crafter names that I like, it’s random so please let us pick from a list or choose the names ourselves because it’s extremely frustrating, I’ve been trying to play for weeks but can’t get a good set of names even after thousands of reinstalls/rerolls, it’s an oversight for sure. Second, not as important, but can we have an option to change our hero names as well, so we don’t have to start over or make duplicate heroes, cause having duplicates ends any chance of immersion. Please and thank you. ### 1/5 — No gold generation. *2022-02-10* Whats the point of the game if merchants do not generate enough gold?? Need more gold to go on quest and craft than the merchants can GENERATE. The only merchant here are the devs ### 3/5 — Needs balanced *2021-05-03, version 1.01* Merchant Heroes is fun, but need balancing. The $ required to upgrade anything is insanely high compared to what you get. Workers do not generate enough resources to continue crafting. Crafting items costs lots of gold, without much return. Training heroes is not efficient. They only gather materials, with no gold.
