Go to the login screen and hit login gives you no confirmation that you logged in. And when you try to do anything like view a bill pay a bill download your card. It does nothing. That's a problem if a customer needs to show policy id to a police officer. I just spent 20 minutes with an IT tech and we could not get it to work on either my I phone or IPad.
