I’ve requested help from Merchants and they’ve never provided a solution. ### 1/5 — Fleet Driver *2025-01-03* Worst app I’ve used with a fleet vehicle, do your self a favor don’t use this company if you have another option. One star rating is too much. ### 1/5 — Terrible Useless App *2024-07-02* All I want to do is submit monthly mileage and can already see previous months. It keeps asking me to search for my car and after I put in everything including the VIN it comes back with “no results found” ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-04-01* This is a terrible app. No facial recognition and for some reason I cannot see any of the characters in the fields I am supposed to fill in for the submission. Yes, I am using a new iPhone. Why on EARTH would that happen? Had to reset my password and just never got an email with the new one. What am I supposed to do now? Horrible app, worst I’ve ever downloaded. Negative 5 out of 10 stars. Wow. ### 1/5 — Terrible Useless App *2024-03-05* All I want to do is submit monthly mileage and can already see previous months. It keeps asking me to search for my car and after I put in everything including the VIN it comes back with “no results found” ### 1/5 — See the Wheels app for tips to improve *2021-10-01* I get anxiety each time I have to use this app, it’s simply not user friendly, it’s clunky, has a horrible interface and no TouchID. I used the Wheels app at my previous employer and it was an infinitely superior experience. ### 1/5 — No internet connection *2019-12-10* I have tried on WiFi, not WiFi, full bar 5G everything! It won’t allow me to see anything but, no internet connection please try again later. I have deleted multiple times and downloaded again, even tried on multiple phones! ### 1/5 — Needs to enter the 21st century *2019-02-07* My biggest criticism with this app is it’s lack of facial recognition or fingerprint recognition as security to access your profile. You typically only need to access the app once per month to complete your mileage so it’s impossible to remember your password every time. The need to change your password so frequently further exacerbates this problem. Having Face ID or fingerprint ID effectively renders this problem mute. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2018-01-03* In order to submit mileage I need to renter my vehicle information. I already logged in and I can see reports of my vehicle. Why don’t you know which vehicle I’m submitting for. I only have one it’s like they are trying to make it hard to comply **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! We are working to resolve this issue. Today, you are able to set your current vehicle by selecting the ‘Change Vehicle’ option on the home screen.
