The only thing that annoys me is having to have a text sent to your phone every single time you try to log in. Why? They were my favorite card until the new policy. I applied for a card through Credit Karma and I was approved supposedly. This is why I give it one star you should never send people stuff that says they’ve been accepted and then you can’t use, that’s BS. Go somewhere else and make a name for yourself. ### 1/5 — No proactive theft prevention *2026-05-02, version 1.406* None of the features work except bill pay. I can’t lock my card to prevent it being used. Can’t change the pin, nothing. Had the feature and now it no longer works. I have other cards and this feature has never not worked so why can’t you do the same?
