Suspension was rather hard so even in asphalt the bike was quite noisy! The bikes were in poor condition and nothing like what was promised. After deciding not to use the service again, I was charged €6 just to get my own money back – plus they keep €2 as a “bonus” that you can’t withdraw. This kind of refund policy is dishonest and feels like a scam. You lose money even if you don’t use the service. Waste of time and pointless for transport if not all numbers work. ### 1/5 — Avoid it *2024-09-08, version 8.41* Bicycle are broken ### 1/5 — Worst e-Bike Service on this planet!!!!! *2024-08-30, version 8.41* They rob you, dont trust this company!!! we wanted to ride a few 1km. paying maybe 3,50 each. we loaded 5€ in our accounts. you can only park in 2 places in the whole city. first we were searching half an our the parking lot were we can park, paying for each minute. then when we finally arrived they told us that we cant park here because there are already bikes parking in this parking lot (duh). during that period the booked 3.50€ every 10mins. we simply wanted to park but the app told us to go back were we come from just to park our bikes so that we would be at the place were we began but 15€ each poorer. we tried to delete our accounts because they took more money all the time but the app told us that we cant because the ride is still going on (duh) we wanted to contact them but good lick finding the number of them… all in all worst riding experiance of my whole life. ruined our whole evening. (they still take 3,50 every 10mins and we dont know what to do) the place we came from is also full now🫡… all in all 40€ right now. lets see how our bank accounts looks like tomorrow ### 3/5 — Be aware of top op rule *2024-08-02, version 8.37* There is a automatic top up of 3,50€ if you don’t deactivate it within your profile settings, it’s activated by default. Τραβάει χρήματα κάθε φορά ενώ υπάρχουν ήδη στον λογαριασμό και έχω χρεωθεί ποσά που δεν πραγματοποίησα ποτε σε βόλτα ### 1/5 — Bad experience! *2024-06-09, version 8.23* Τα ποδήλατα πρέπει να τα αφήσεις από κει που τα πήρες, πράγμα το οποίο δεν βγάζει κανένα νόημα απολύτως! Επίσης τα λάστιχα είναι λες κ είναι πλαστικά με συνέπεια η βόλτα στα πλακόστρωτα της πόλης να μην έχει καμία απόλαυση κ να είναι το ποδήλατο παρά πολύ σκληρό με πολλούς κραδασμούς! Τέλος, η τιμή μου φάνηκε ιδιαίτερα ανεβασμένη. Κρίμα γιατί σαν ιδέα είναι παρά πολύ καλή αλλά το προϊόν υστερεί! No, they then say you need a minimum of €3 in account and minimum top up is €10. AVOID ### 1/5 — do NOT use *2026-06-30, version 58.63* the bikes were quite difficult to unlock and had to pay to top up money in the wallet! 6€ administration fee to try and claim money back after not being able to use the bikes. not suitable for shorter people: me & my friend are 4'11 and could not reach the floor when the seat was fully down. app is hard to navigate and seems scammy for tourists. would NOT recommend!!!! ### 1/5 — Do not waste your money *2026-06-30, version 58.63* App not user friendly, bikes not height accessible, would not recommend. During the ride the wheel has blocked and needed to look for the nearest parking station, which was quite away. It’s very hard to find the parking station - there are no sign for it. ### 1/5 — Εμπειρία στα Ιωάννινα *2025-09-14, version 57.43* Mας ταλαιπώρησε πολύ με το σημείο που έπρεπε να το αφήσουμε,ενώ υπάρχαν θέσεις ελεύθερες μας έλεγε πως δεν μπορούμε να παρκάρουμε εκεί.Ο γιος μου φοβήθηκε καθώς ψάχναμε αγχωμένοι για το που θα το παραδώσουμε.παρκάραμε αρκετά μακρυά κ η χρέωση εν τέλη για λιγότερο από 40’ (μέσα είναι κ ο χρόνος που ψάχναμε να παρκάρουμε) κόστισε 19€ .Δεν θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανα.☹️☹️ ### 1/5 — Μη λειτουργήσιμα ποδήλατα *2025-09-03, version 57.38* Στην αρχή πάντα το προτιμούσα για να πάω οπουδήποτε αντί για ταξί, συγκριτικά χρηματικά. Το πρόβλημα μου είναι τα προβληματικά ποδήλατα που μπορεί να μην ανοίγουν, να μη λειτουργούν κλπ. Στην αρχή πάντα υπήρχε κάποιος που σου απαντούσε και σε κάποια αξιολόγηση ας πούμε αν έλεγες ότι δεν λειτουργεί(που ας σημειωθεί πάντα έλεγα για να μπορεί να πάει κάποιος να το φτιάξει) μπορεί και κάποια φορά να σου γυρνούσαν τα λεφτά της "χαραμισμένης" βόλτας πίσω. Τώρα πλέον ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση. Εκνευρίζομαι πιο πολύ γιατί έχω χάσει πολλά 2ευρα και 3ευρα για αυτό το πράγμα. Πρέπει κάπως να διορθωθεί παρακαλώ, είναι κρίμα γιατί όντως τα προτιμώ φουλ τα ποδήλατα αυτά. ### 1/5 — Προσοχηηηηηη *2025-08-14, version 57.18* Προσοχηηη.Κάναμε βόλτα και ενω είχαμε αφήσει τα ποδήλατα συνέχισαν να τραβάνε λεφτά από την κάρτα μου…!!!! Στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε για να σου πουν πως λειτουργει το ποδήλατο ,με σκοπό να σου χρεώνουν ότι εσύ δεν κατάλαβες ,πως λειτουργεί η σελίδα τους Για 15 λεπτά εγώ και ο σύντροφος μου χρεώθηκαμε 18,06 εγώ και ο σύντροφος μου 4,74 Και μας είπαν ότι κάναμε χρήση τριών ποδηλατων ενώ είμασταν 2 άτομα Και δεν υπήρχε τρίτο ποδήλατο για να σκαναρουμε Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση Μας είπαν ότι θα μπορούσαν να μας χρεώσουν την κλοπή του 3ου ποδηλάτου που φαίνεται στο σύστημα χωρίς να γνωρίζουμε ποιο τρίτο ποδήλατο εννοούν. Αντί να δεχτούν ότι η σελίδα δεν έχει σωστές οδηγίες χρήσης ούτε κάποιο άτομο για επικοινωνία ,απειλούν και σου χρεώνουν ότι θέλουν. Η κάρτα μου κανονικά ζητάει έγκριση για όλες μου τις αγορές Εκείνη την μέρα δεν μου ζήτησε έγκριση . Αυτό θεωρητικά είναι παράνομο Προσέξτε που βάζετε τις κάρτες σας ### 1/5 — Dishonest bike sharing *2025-06-26, version 57.11* Avoid this bike sharing. You have to have 3.5€ to start the ride but you can only top up 6€, 20€ or 100€. I have used bike sharing all over the worlf and havent seen such stupid policy.
