Somehow the technology team is always working on something and it continues to be poorly developed and lack basic functionality. The optimization on android is abysmal, our driver with a brand new phone showed us how his phone would struggle just to scroll. With the latest update, every time you refresh the app you need to re enter your credentials, with no option to remember at the very least, your username. And it crashed during the Christmas rush 23 making it impossible to use. End of the day it works, but not well. Just like everything FTD/From You Flowers, it’s expensive, and made to suck as much money out of the pockets of hard working people. Use it when you’re starting out and work to not need it as soon as you can. ### 1/5 — The Crappiest app out there *2025-10-30* It’s supposed to record when your at your location and every single time ive tried up loading from the delivery address it always days- it looks like you’re at the wrong location. It never has given me the correct location in the settings. As mentioned in other reviews it doesn’t notify about incoming orders. Florist have to check it every few minutes and if you are busy caring for matters this constantly checking becomes time consuming and annoying.
