It never has given me the correct location in the settings. So who ever is working on this app shouldn’t be working on this app lol ### 1/5 — No notifications *2025-07-01* I wish this app would tell you when you get a new order. I don’t know how many times I’ve been forfeited from an order because I had know idea one came through. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-05-30* The developers need to fix this or perhaps to their disadvantage if it functions properly. As mentioned in other reviews it doesn’t notify about incoming orders. Florist have to check it every few minutes and if you are busy caring for matters this constantly checking becomes time consuming and annoying. Needs an urgent update to get corrected ASAP!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2023-06-10* The app has always been annoying, constant updates and never seems to work properly. Notifications only come through half the time and the app constantly force closes. The recent update June 2023 is somehow even worse. There’s a scroll down for choosing to accept or reject orders but no confirmation button so if you scroll too far and accidentally accept or reject you are just stuck with that selection. Grateful for this app and for the work they do in constantly growing themselves with technology. ### 3/5 — Perfectly Mediocre *2025-12-23* We’ve been using this app for around 2 years now. Somehow the technology team is always working on something and it continues to be poorly developed and lack basic functionality. The optimization on android is abysmal, our driver with a brand new phone showed us how his phone would struggle just to scroll. With the latest update, every time you refresh the app you need to re enter your credentials, with no option to remember at the very least, your username. And it crashed during the Christmas rush 23 making it impossible to use. End of the day it works, but not well. Just like everything FTD/From You Flowers, it’s expensive, and made to suck as much money out of the pockets of hard working people. Use it when you’re starting out and work to not need it as soon as you can. ### 3/5 — no notifications *2024-10-16* used to get notifications when orders came in on my phone now i do not even though i have my notifications turned on ### 2/5 — Too many bugs in AP *2025-01-17* constant updates with no changes. Notifications don’t “ding” like it used to do. Goes offline and have to restart and then there’s 3 orders waiting.
