Из приложения часто теряет связь с устройство. Заходя с браузера пароль никогда не совпадает с установленным. Введя устройство в черный список исключить его не дает.

Техподдержка ответила, якобы помогла, и больше не дозвонится, ждешь по пять минут и в ответ абонент занят или не в сети…. Интернет есть 2минуты 5нету 😂

So, all good until a power cut or you want to turn off the mains, powering back on takes you in a loop with the cubes not connecting then it forgets your account and you have to start all over again in the hope that the LED turns blue at its own will, I have a set of nova cubes and no issues when it comes to that.. but this, you spend more time trying to get internet than you do actually using it worst purchase ever

Si tienes varias ubicaciones que tienen el mismo SSID ¿cómo los distingues en la app?
Ya que la app usa el SSID como etiqueta y eso es un grave error. Porque no puedes distinguir las diferentes ubicaciones.

Por favor permitan etiquetar las ubicaciones de manera manual y no por el SSID.

Приложение не находит собственные роутеры. 
Советы техподдержки бесполезные и шаблонные. Перезагрузите роутер, сбросьте до заводских настроек, ой нет это не помогло, ну давайте дальше пальцем в небо, приложение удалите поставте. Нет не заработало, тогда просто бросают трубку. Вот и все.
