- Fixed an issue where tapping "Restore Purchases" multiple times in quick
  succession could prevent the restore from completing correctly.
- If the restore result takes a long time to arrive, the app now stops
  waiting so you can try again.
- If the app keeps waiting for a long time after you start a purchase, it now stops waiting; if it still has not unlocked after a moment, you can check with "Restore Purchases".
- Fixed an issue where a transaction or error notification for a different
  in-app purchase product could incorrectly end a purchase that was still
  in progress.
- Fixed an issue where "No purchase found to restore" could appear even
  though the purchase had already been completed.
